1. Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are the first hand manufacture factory. We also have our own trading and shipping department.
2. Are you ODM or OEM factory?
A: We are both ODM & OEM factory.
3. Can I have a sample order?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality.
4. What about the lead time?
A:Sample needs 3-7 days. Order quantity less than 300pcs, mass production time needs 15-20 days;the quantity is less than 5000,
and the delivery time is 45 days;more than 10000pcs, the lead time need to negotiate.
5. What is your MOQ?
A: Usually our MOQ is 300pcs, 1pc for sample checking is available
6. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT, V.Logistic. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also
optional.
7. Can you design new product or package for us ?
A: Yes. We have a professional team with rich experience in both production design and packaging design.
8: What are your terms of payments?
A: Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=1000USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment.
